Pastor Corey's Bio
Pastor Corey and First Lady Tiffany Parker are true examples of what godly, anointed spiritual leadership looks like. They lead the vibrant Life Church QC congregation, consistently, to seek God’s face and experience the abundant life that is secured through our Savior, Jesus Christ. Our congregation is honored and thankful for their leadership and eager to continue following them into the bright future that God has prepared for us!
In October 1992, while under the leadership of Pastor Charles A. Bland at Mt. Sinai Christian Fellowship Church of God in Christ, Pastor Parker gave his life to the Lord. In October 1999 he accepted his call into ministry and preached his first sermon in July 2000. In 2002 Pastor Parker became an ordained Elder in Chicago, Illinois under the leadership of the late Bishop Samuel Steven McCarthy, Prelate of the 5th Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Illinois.
For 20 years he faithfully served at Mt. Sinai Church of God in Christ as the Youth Pastor, Sunday School Superintendent and Assistant Minister of Music. He also served as the Mount Calvary District President of Evangelism. In June 2012, Elder Parker was elevated to a higher calling as the Senior Pastor of Life Church QC (formerly the Quad Cities Family Life Center).
Pastor Parker is dedicated to serving God’s people, loving them to “Life,” and has an unwavering passion for Kingdom-building.
In 1995, Pastor Parker married his friend and soulmate, Lady Tiffany Barnes. God blessed them with two beautiful children, Corey Jr., and Baylee.
