How it all started...
The Quad Cities Family Life Center (QCFLC) was established Easter Sunday, March 27, 2005, by Pastor Timothy O. Lee. The first and consecutive services were held at the Holiday Inn in Davenport, Iowa until a permanent location was established. By the end of the summer, QCFLC moved the ministry’s location to Rock Island, Illinois.
Approximately two years later, the ministry moved back to Davenport. After pastoring for seven years, Pastor Lee heard the call from God to start a ministry in Florida, transitioning QCFLC into the faithful hands of Pastor Corey Parker on June 24, 2012.

Expanding the vision...
Pastor Corey Parker was given the vision to shift the QCFLC name to Life Church, which speaks more to an innovative and progressive ministry. The ministry, searching for adequate space and amenities, was blessed with our current residence at 842 - 16th Ave, East Moline, IL.
Over the last few years Life Church expanded it's name to Life Church QC to cement our roots in the Quad Cities, but to also make way for future growth in the way of other campuses.

At Life Church QC, our vision is to transform and empower lives through relevant, realistic, and holistic ministry.
The Summer of 2025 marked the beginning of a renewed chapter for Life Church QC — a complete transformation in our appeal, our reach into the community, and our commitment to clearly communicate who we are and what we believe. While preserving the vision, mission, and authentic spirit of worship that defines our church, every aspect of our presentation and affirmation was reimagined to reflect the future God is calling us into.
August 3, 2025 became the official anniversary date of the Life Church QC transformation — a milestone representing renewal, rebirth, and forward movement.
Every aspect of our logo carries intentional meaning:
Breathe Again
Life has a way of leaving people overwhelmed, broken, and spiritually suffocated. We desire to help people become free from the pressures, pain, and burdens life has placed upon them so they can finally breathe again.
Believe Again
Once people can breathe, they can begin to rediscover hope. We want every person to know that God loves them, their life has meaning, and their future still has purpose.
Live Again
Jesus said He came that we might have life and have it more abundantly. Through Christ, people can move beyond merely surviving and begin truly living in freedom, joy, peace, and purpose.
At Life Church QC, we exist to help people move from survival to renewal — to breathe again, believe again, and truly live again.

- The blue represents peace — the peace of God that restores hearts and calms troubled lives.
- The green represents growth and renewal — symbolizing new beginnings, spiritual maturity, and transformed living.
- The seal represents the renewed and regenerated person, released into purpose and new life through Christ.
- The five waves at the top symbolize our 6 Pillars:
- Worship
- Outreach
- Word
- Prayer
- Entrepreneurship
- Education
- The arrow within the “C” represents expansion and vision, signifying our intention to reach beyond the Quad Cities and impact other cities and communities.
